For years I've been fascinated by the old photographs of women you can find in antique stores. The pictures are abandoned, un-named, and dusty, but the faces are beautiful and interesting.  I started collecting the photos long before I knew what to do with them.  I wanted the women to be honored, somehow.  And then I made the connection to icons!... and "Household Saints" were born.
